(Mikey) Hey Screech do you want to hear a poem?

(Screech) Sure but you have to be quick. I’m trying to keep an eye on that Hairy woodpecker. He keeps trying to throw my peanuts off the log.

(Mikey) OK I’m ready

I flew from the trees.

I almost fell to my knees.

It must be a dream.

I could almost scream.

I couldn’t believe the sight.

I had to take a bite.

Our non-feathered friends are really the best.

After eating all these peanuts, we’re going to have to take a rest.

(Screech) Great job Mikey here’s one for you. “Find a peanut, pick it up, then all day you’ll have good luck”.
